My experience with this dealer has been top notch! Communication excellent and quick. More importantly however was their attention to the quality of the vehicles they are offering. If you are looking for used cars, you likely already know the range of dealers and the quality of the vehicles they offer. Some buy all the junk and try and offload it with a shiny wax job and some smooth talking and 2 weeks later the car is falling apart on you. DG Auto is quite a bit more selective in what they pick up to sell and they condition the car to be worth every penny. Their prices are great. They don't have an enormous selection of cars but they do have a quality selection from what I have seen. Owner on hand to answer questions and they let you check out the vehicles without hanging all over you. This for me was a 5 star experience and if I find myself in the market for another car.... I will be back here. If you are in the market for a car, check out what they have to offer. Thank you DG Auto for taking the time and effort with my new to me BMW 328xi I shall only entrust her to your care. Now that I know you do detailing... I may bring another car I have for that special attention!

Bought a 2015 Subaru Impreza a few months ago for my daughter's first car. Could not be happier with the vehicle. Everyone DG Auto was so polite and no pressure to purchase when we were there. I'm extremely happy to leave this review for DG Auto! Sometimes it's easy to only notice when things go south, but when things go right, in the midst of being happy, we forget to either thank or acknowledge how satisfied we are. Recently I took my Audi Q7 S Line Prestige to DG Auto, and let me tell you, I am one of their happiest customers. Originally, I brought it in for a grinding sound with my breaks. They inspected it and gave me a diagnosis with options on the parts. I loved that their office manager, Stephanie takes the time to look for the right part for your vehicle and offers options on parts. I don't want to use an automotive shop that ONLY opts for the cheapest parts; I like to have a say on what parts go on my car, and DG Auto offers that opportunity. The cost of labor is fair, they get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, and they get it done right! I appreciate their honesty and integrity in dealing with customers. Finally, the cherry on the sundae, after I began to drive, I notice the difference all around. My vehicle is a smooth ride and after servicing it with them, it was back to its plush-like feel almost as if you are on a smooth airplane ride. I filled up my gas tank, and two weeks later I still had gas (no change in driving pattern or mileage). I went from spending $92.00 a week in gas to $92.00 for two weeks. Another 2 weeks go by and same thing, a huge savings on gas. I wasn't complaining, I was just shocked. I called DG Auto back to see if they had done anything different to my vehicle because I was getting so many more mileages to the gallon. I was informed that while the vehicle was there, they did a maintenance inspection and made sure all other areas of the vehicle were working properly and found some additional minor things that they took care of which could have been affecting the performance of the car which could result in more gas consumption. It's evident that I am a happy customer, and I would recommend DG Auto to anyone looking for reliable service, great vehicles, reasonable prices, and the staff is great! Try it for yourself!!!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL JOB!!! I brought my 2014 f-150 lariat in for a wax and buff. Dave and his crew did an unbelievable job. Dave took out 95% of the scratches and revived the paint to show off all of the metallic in the black paint. He also buffed my exhaust tip and bumpers to really have the chrome pop as well as my headlights that were dulled out. Stephanie was so polite and helpful with scheduling the drop off of the truck. She also kept me well informed with the status of the truck and working around my schedule to pick up the truck at the end of the day. Amazing group of people, please go see them to have your car detail needs exceeded!!!!! (They also sell really nice cars!)

Honestly Stephanie and Dave are 2 of the nicest people I know!. They helped me out in a time when we needed help. They made sure I got the right car, affordable and I felt at ease driving it. If I could shout from the roof tops D&G Auto is such a positive place in Torrington. There should be more car dealers like this 1. Had a front and back lip installed on my BMW 328 and it came out better than I expected. I also had a noise coming from my front right wheel that I told him about the day of that he fixed right after the install. Everyone there was super nice. Went quick and easy for a good price with good communication. Definitely taking my car back for all my installations.

DG auto is the BEST! They have the best cars and give the best services. DG auto has great customer service Stephanie is very good with communicating with the customers and helping with all your needs. They are always on time when servicing your vehicle and if they give you a time frame to service your car you get your vehicle back in that time frame. Between my family and I we have bought three vehicles from DG auto and all three vehicles had low miles and in mint condition interior and exterior and a 3 month warranty. We had never had any issue with any of the vehicles we purchase from DG Auto. We only go back to service our vehicles for regular maintance like brakes, detailing exc… One of the Vehicles I purchase from them about a month ago I did a small bent backing out of my drive and David and his staff took in my car fixed it and made it look brand new again. I got my car back in 2 days. They really care about customers satisfaction and making sure you’re happy when you leave. They manly specialize in foreign cars and their inventory has a great selection of Foreign cars with very low miles, mint condition, decent year at a very reasonable affordable price. They also finance if you need to. Thank you DG auto for selling me my beautiful suv and for your great service.

DG Auto Unlimited is the best place in town to buy used cars in excellent condition. Low miles mint interior and exterior plus warranty. They specialize in sales,BMW services and auto body repairs. Most of their vehicles are luxurious from BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, Acura, Audi, Volks Wagen plus other basic models. The owners and staff are very professional, the prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job accommodating their customers and getting the job done in time. They are very busy but always have your vehicle done in the time frame they give you. I bought an Acura MDX fully loaded and BMW X5 from them and never had any issues. Both vehicles drive very nice and are in excellent condition. My family and I wouldn’t go any where else to get our vehicles service. We did a detail on one of our vehicles and the car looks brand new. Everything was shined and buffed, I’m very satisfied with the service. You really pay for what you get there. They don’t take advantage of you it’s a very trustworthy professional business.
